On 12 June 2009 Sintec Media Limited had Notified Pilat Media Global PLC, that It had purchased 8,396,780 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 14.18% of the issued share capital and of the Total Voting Rights of Pilat Media Global PLC.
